All products are custom-made to order, created specifically for each team, organization, or customer. Because every item is produced uniquely, Prodigy X Sports does not offer refunds or returns once production has started.

By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to our No Refund / No Return policy for custom products.

Production & Shipping Timelines

• Standard production time: approximately 35–40 business days from the time final designs, sizes, and payment are confirmed.

• Rush production: available for an additional fee, with a turnaround of 30 business days.

• Shipping: orders are typically shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

• Prodigy X Sports is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather-related disruptions.

Production timelines begin once all required items (design approval, roster sizes, and payment) have been received.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately upon payment. If you need to cancel, the following fees apply based on progress in production:

• Within 1–2 days: 15% fee

• 3 days: 25% fee

• 4 days: 35% fee

• 5–7 days: 50% fee

• 8+ days: 100% (non-refundable)

These fees help recover expenses such as materials, design labor, and setup costs already incurred.

Reporting Issues

If your order has a problem (e.g., missing items, misprints, or production defects), please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include photos and a detailed description of the issue.

• Approved replacements typically ship within 21 business days after review.

Warranty

All custom products include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

We’ll replace or repair any item that shows a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., tears, stitching failure, or printing flaw) when proper documentation is provided.

After 30 days, Prodigy X Sports cannot guarantee coverage.

Add-On Orders

• Add-ons under 10 pieces (after a previous order of 10+) carry a 25% small-batch surcharge.

• Add-ons under 10 pieces (without a prior 10-piece order) carry a 40% surcharge.

• Standard add-on production time is 3–4 weeks.

Rush Orders

Rush production is available for most product types.

• Minimum rush fee: $350 or 20% of the order total (whichever is greater).

• Rush turnaround: approximately 30 business days from the date payment is received.

• If a rush order exceeds the promised timeline, the rush fee will be refunded.

Duties & Taxes

International clients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s authorities. These costs are not included in Prodigy X Sports pricing or shipping charges.
